Brolight Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Brolight Technology" or the "Company"), as an affiliated company of A&P Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "A&P Instrument"). Since its establishment in 2012, thanks to the joint efforts of all colleagues in the company and the trust and love of customers, the company has achieved good results in the field of teaching instruments and optical measurement.
After 10 years of development, Brolight Technology has adjusted its shareholding structure from June 2022 to make its shareholding more concentrated in the core team of A&P Instrument. As the chairman of Brolight Technology and A&P Instrument, I would like to take this opportunity to inform the customers, suppliers and partners who have been supporting Brolight Technology as follows:
1. The main business direction of Brolight Technology will not change. Brolight Techonolgy will further strengthen and expand the development of related products in the fields of education, optoelectronics and laboratories on the basis of the existing market of A&P Instrument, and continue to provide customers with high-quality products and services.
2. Brolight Technology is the brand holder of "Brolight Technology Co., Ltd." and "Brolight". Unless the written permission of Brolight Technology is obtained, no third party has the right to use the Brolight brand and trademark. Resigned staffs from Brolight Technology are no longer qualified to conduct business negotiations and cooperation on behalf of the company.
3. A&P Instrument is the exclusive partner of PASCO (US company) in China. No third party may authorize the cooperation or sale of PASCO products in the name of PASCO, A&P Instrument or Brolight Technology without the written permission of A&P Instrument.
After this change, Brolight Technology will enter a new journey. The company will continue to provide customers with better services with high-quality products and professional standards!
